KTS cabs Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy sets out how KTS Cabs uses and protects any information that you give KTS Cabs when you use this website.

KTS Cabs is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

KTS Cabs may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st July 2022.

Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

  1. Name 
  2. Contact information including email address
  3. Demographic information such as City
  4. Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

In addition to any protected information or other information that you choose to submit to us, we collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the services (“usage information”). This usage information may include the browser that you are using, the URL that referred you to our services, all of the areas within our services that you visit, and the time of day, among other information. In addition, we collect your device identifier for your device. A device identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device used to access the services, and our computers identify your device by its device identifier. In case of booking via call center, Savaari may record calls for quality and training purposes.

If vehicles are facing any breakdown or accident then we will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit. KTS Cabs  doesn’t take any guarantees of any kind of loss of material or immaterial loss due to usage of our cabs. It will not be subject to any compensation.

KTS Cabs will not refund any time of money in the change of time/date of booking. Your booking advance amount will be fully forfeited. We can also ask for more money to cover losses due to no show/cancellations.

In case of the driver’s absence, We will provide an immediate replacement with a similar car. If we are not able to do the replacement then the full refund of the advance amount will be done.

Booking modifications

  1. For any type of modification, requests should be communicated to us via a phone call  or a mail. We will revert with response through email, Call or SMS.
  2. Modifications will be done entirely at the discretion of KTS Cabs.
